Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered kkgame account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. kkgame will close all duplicate accounts and reserves the right to forfeit any balances, including Real-Money Balances, held in such accounts after investigation.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the kkgame platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. kkgame does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is legal in any particular location. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. kkgame reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified via the registered email address before any such fee is applied. Any remaining Real-Money Balance after fee deduction remains the property of the player and may be reclaimed by contacting support.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the kkgame support team. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules. Remaining Real-Money Balances will be returned via your last-used payment method following successful KYC verification where applicable.
kkgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kkgame does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to it.
kkgame employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, and coordination between players to exploit promotional terms. kkgame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
All bets placed on the kkgame sportsbook are subject to the betting rules applicable to the specific sport and market. These rules govern settlement procedures, void conditions, and dispute resolution. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. kkgame reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in the odds feed.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and closure at any time during an event. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension will stand. kkgame is not liable for any technical issues that prevent a player from placing a live bet during an event, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
All RNG-based casino games on the kkgame platform operate using certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited.
